1. Who this agreement is with
These Terms form a binding contract between you and Lanai LLC, the operator of Dressio (the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the Chrome extension, or paying for a subscription you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Dressio does
Dressio is an independent productivity tool for sellers on Vinted. Running inside your own browser session, it re-lists items, sends offers to likers, translates listings, and automates price drops on your behalf. Dressio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vinted UAB.
You remain the operator of your Vinted account. Dressio never stores your Vinted password and never uses your credentials from our own servers — all calls to Vinted are issued from your browser, over your session.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to sell on Vinted.
- One person, one account. Sharing logins, running multiple free accounts per person, or bulk-creating accounts is grounds for suspension.
- Keep your email and access token confidential — anyone with them is you.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — taxes are added where required.
- Trial. Pro includes a 7-day trial. You can cancel inside the trial and pay nothing.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal.
- Refunds. EU and UK consumers have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days of a new subscription, unless they have already consumed a material share of the period's quota. Beyond that window, paid periods are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
- Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change. If you don't agree, cancel before the new price takes effect.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dressio to:
- Break Vinted's own terms of service or community rules.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute raw data obtained through Vinted.
- Harass buyers, send spam, or mass-message users outside the offer flow.
- Run the Service from a server farm or headless browser at scale — the local rate limits are there to protect both you and Vinted.
- Reverse engineer, repackage, or resell Dressio as your own product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with a refund of the unused portion of the current period unless the violation is fraudulent.
6. Service availability
We run Dressio on a best-effort basis and aim for 99% monthly uptime for the dashboard API. Because the automation itself runs in your browser, its availability also depends on Chrome, your operating system, and Vinted's own systems — any of which we don't control. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Vinted's internal APIs can change without notice. When that happens we fix things as quickly as we can — usually within a working day — but we can't guarantee instant restoration.
7. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, or remove features. Material reductions that meaningfully degrade a paid plan will be announced at least 14 days in advance, and you will be offered a pro-rated refund if you cancel within that window.
8. Intellectual property
Dressio, its branding, code, and visual design are the property of Lanai LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own selling activity. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.
The content of your own Vinted listings is yours. We don't claim any rights over it and we don't store it on our servers.
9. Liability
Dressio is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lanai LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of Vinted account standing caused by your own use of the Service.
For anything else, our aggregate liability in a 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law — in particular the non-waivable rights granted to EU and UK consumers.
10. Termination
You can cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing us. We can terminate an account that breaches these Terms or that has been inactive and unpaid for more than 12 months. On termination, access ends but paid periods already billed are honoured until their scheduled end date (except for fraud or severe abuse).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of Lanai LLC's registered seat, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that seat, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
